01 Every Call, Read
0:02 Hundreds of calls a week, and no one knows how most of them went.
0:06 Behind the page, AI reads and labels each answered call from a fixed list.
On screen: Diagram, not a product screen. Calls are labelled behind the page.
0:11 It notes what the caller wanted, how the call ended, and their stage, from prospect to customer.
02 Where Every Call Went
0:18 You pick a week, and the whole week is on one page.
0:22 The call flow shows where calls came from, which were answered, and which closed a deal.
03 Where Calls Leak
0:28 It shows the leaks: calls missed during business hours, and calls for services you don't offer.
04 The Week in Numbers
0:34 Nine numbers sum up the week, from calls answered to good leads.
05 Better or Worse?
0:39 Each number shows green where it beats last week, last month or the year so far.
0:44 And the deals trend counts the calls that end in a sale, across the year.
0:49 Call Tracking Intelligence, built by Mambo for a corporate-services firm.
The problem
Hundreds of Calls. Nobody Knew What Happened.
The only way to know what happened on a call was to ask whoever answered, so notes were inconsistent, intent was guessed, and callers ready to buy disappeared into the noise.
Management also couldn't see how many calls were wrong numbers, requests for services the firm doesn't sell, or missed during business hours.
What it does
Read Every Call. Count What Matters.
It pulls every call from the client's call-tracking system, with its source, timing and summary. AI labels each call from a fixed vocabulary for intent, outcome and sentiment, and tracks each caller's stage from prospect to customer. The week then becomes one page: a flow from source to closed deal, nine headline numbers, and each number compared with last week, last month and the year so far.
- 01
Pulls Every Call
Calls arrive from the call-tracking system with source, talk time and the call summary.
- 02
Labels From a Fixed Vocabulary
Intent, outcome and sentiment use set codes, so the labels can be audited, not guessed.
- 03
Tracks Each Caller's Stage
From prospect to customer, and only forward: a caller can move up, never down.
- 04
Shows Where Calls Leak
Missed calls in business hours and requests for services the firm doesn't offer.
- 05
Puts Every Number in Context
Each figure against last week, last month and the year so far.
What it doesn't claim
No Recordings on the Page. No Agent Scores.
- The page shows totals for the week; it doesn't publish individual calls, transcripts or agent names.
- Labels describe the week in aggregate; they don't grade people.
- It reads the call-tracking system the client already runs; it doesn't replace it.
About this demo
Recreated in Code, With a Fictional Week.
The demo rebuilds the real dashboard page with an invented corporate-services firm and an invented week of calls. The opening call card is a diagram of the labeling step, not a product screen: the real page shows totals for the week, not individual calls.
