01 The Firehose

0:02 Federal contract notices pour in all day, almost none fit your firm, and the right audit is found too late.

0:09 RFP Intelligence scores each notice it finds for fit with your firm, out of 100.

02 The Alert

0:15 When a new notice is eligible and scores high enough, it reaches your team in Slack.

0:20 Transparent rules score it on six factors: service fit, industry, eligibility, timing, contract size and location.

On screen: Rules you can read. Six factors, scored by transparent rules.

03 The Ranked Board

0:29 The board ranks every notice, best fits first, with deadlines and locations at a glance.

0:36 You set the bar at 60: 128 notices become five.

04 Why It Scored High

0:41 Every point traces back to the notice: its deadline, location, industry code and keywords.

05 The Judgment Call

0:48 Restricted set-asides stay on the board for teaming, but they never trigger an alert.

On screen: Eligibility respected. Restricted set-asides are kept for teaming and never alerted.

0:53 Your team works from those five, each one a click from the original notice.

0:58 RFP Intelligence, built by Mambo for an audit and advisory firm.

The problem

A Firehose of Notices. The Right Bid, Missed.

Federal opportunities are posted on SAM.gov all day, and most of what a keyword search returns has nothing to do with an audit firm.

Nobody has time to triage that feed, so the audits a firm could win are found late or not at all.

What it does

Scored for Fit. Flagged When It Counts.

It reads SAM.gov with a broad search built around the firm's services and pulls each notice's full record. Every notice is scored out of 100 on six factors drawn from the firm's own profile: service fit, industry, eligibility, timing, contract size and location. When a new notice is eligible and scores high enough, it posts to Slack with the score and the reasons. A dashboard ranks, filters and searches everything else.

  1. 01

    Scored Against Your Firm

Six factors, weighted from the firm's own capability profile.

  2. 02

    Rules You Can Read

Transparent rules, not a black box: every point traces to a keyword, a code or a date.

  3. 03

    Alerts Only When It Counts

New, eligible notices above the bar, posted to Slack with the score breakdown.

  4. 04

    Eligibility Respected

Restricted set-asides stay visible for teaming but never trigger an alert.

  5. 05

    A Board for Everything Else

Filter by score, sort by deadline and open the original notice.

What it doesn't claim

It Finds Bids. It Doesn't Write Them.

  • No proposal drafting, answer library or document generation.
  • It is offline today; a redeploy was prepared in 2026 but not run.
  • Scores reflect one firm's capability profile; another firm needs its own.
  • It reads federal notices on SAM.gov only, not state or local portals.

About this demo

Recreated in Code, With a Fictional Firm.

The demo rebuilds the real dashboard and alert card with an invented CPA and audit firm and invented federal notices. The alert appears in a neutral chat frame, not a real messaging app's interface.
