01 Conversations You Miss

0:02 People talk about your brand on Reddit, TikTok and X, where you never look.

0:07 Your team tells Periscope which subreddits and keywords to watch.

02 The Answer First

0:11 It opens on the answer: 14 threads have a reply ready.

0:16 Three cards show how people sound, and where they talk.

0:20 Every number opens the threads behind it, with your name highlighted.

On screen: Click a count. Every number opens its sources.

03 Drafted, Never Posted

0:25 For each thread worth answering, it drafts a reply in the right tone.

0:30 You copy the reply and post it yourself: Periscope never posts.

On screen: A person decides. Periscope never posts.

04 Marked Handled

0:34 Mark each thread handled, and the whole team sees what's done.

05 Social, Checked

0:39 On Social, 412 posts mention you, across Instagram, TikTok, X and more.

0:46 A relevance check rules out the posts that aren't about you.

0:50 Most posts carry no reliable date, so the page draws no trend, and says so.

On screen: What it doesn't claim. No trend without reliable dates.

0:56 Communities & Social Monitor, built by Mambo for a national PR agency.

The problem

The Thread Spreads. You Find It Late.

Conversations about your brand are scattered across dozens of subreddits and social platforms, and the negative ones are easy to miss until they rank or get quoted back to you.

Even when someone finds a thread, nobody knows whether it deserves a reply, what to say, or whether a teammate already answered.

What it does

Every Mention Checked. A Reply Ready.

Periscope scans the subreddits and keywords you choose, and searches public social platforms for posts that name you. A relevance check reads each thread and post, rules out the ones that aren't about you, and records tone and topic. For every Reddit thread worth answering it drafts a reply, which your team copies, edits and posts itself. Every number opens the threads or posts behind it, and the team marks each thread handled.

  1. 01

Reddit and Social, Side by Side

Watched subreddits and Reddit search, plus Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and Threads.

  2. 02

    A Relevance Check on Everything

Posts that only share a word with your brand are ruled out, and you can see which.

  3. 03

    Drafted Replies, Never Posted

A short reply and a longer one for each thread worth answering. Periscope never posts.

  4. 04

    Triage the Whole Team Sees

Acknowledge, action or dismiss each thread, so nothing is answered twice.

  5. 05

    Every Number Opens Its Sources

Click a count to read the threads or posts behind it, then export the list.

What it doesn't claim

It Never Posts. No Vanity Metrics.

  • Periscope never posts to Reddit or any social platform; a person copies each reply and posts it.
  • Likes, shares and view counts aren't captured, so none are shown.
  • Most social posts carry no reliable date, so the Social page draws no trend, and says so.
  • The count of your own accounts' posts is a floor, because most platforms hide the author.

About this demo

Recreated in Code, With a Fictional Brand.

The demo rebuilds the redesigned Communities and Social pages, now in testing, with an invented e-bike brand and invented threads and posts. The opening posts are an illustration that names each platform in text; they are not real platform screens.
